Delivery

 

Gathered Floral is a local florist based in Sydney's Inner West. Orders are taken each day for NEXT DAY delivery for Monday to Friday. The Order cut-off time is 9.00pm. Fresh flowers are carefully selected by Catherine - owner and head floral designer - from the flower markets on the morning of delivery. 
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
All flower deliveries are considered Authority to Leave unless otherwise stated in the order at Checkout. If the recipient is not home, the flowers will be left at their front door. If there is inclement weather, then the flowers will be returned to Lilyfield for pick up. A redelivery fee will be charged for a second delivery. Where the flowers are being sent to an apartment with a secure foyer, the courier maybe able to get access and will leave it in the foyer. Please consider letting the recipient know ahead of the delivery date to expect a flower delivery and plan accordingly. Flowers will be delivered in pristine quality. Gathered Floral will not be held accountable for flowers that go missing or when their quality declines between the time of delivery and the time the recipient receives them.
WEEKEND ORDERS
We are closed for flower order deliveries, but we do offer wedding and event flowers on Saturdays and Sundays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the time difference when ordering online, orders are for NEXT DAY delivery AEST. 
TIME SPECIFIC ORDERS
Deliveries which are required to be at an address before a specific time are not available. Please call Catherine if you wish to discuss on 0421 522 483 before placing the order. Otherwise, Residential addresses will be delivered by 6pm. Business addresses will be delivered by 5pm and School addresses will be delivered by 3pm.
TUESDAY ORDERS 
Orders for delivery on Tuesdays need to be ordered by Sundays at 9.00pm. This is because there is limited trading at the Sydney Flower Market on Tuesday morning and not enough variety to fill orders.
PICK UP ORDERS 
Free Pickup is available from Lilyfield. The pick up address will be emailed after you place your order.

MOTHER'S DAY DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Due to Mother's Day falling on a weekend, I am unable to use a commercial courier and am restricting the delivery area for this weekend only. Any orders that are processed outside of this delivery zone will be cancelled and refunded. Pick up from Lilyfield is available for those outside of this delivery zone.
