FAQ - Easy Wedding Flower Solution

IS A WEDDING PACKAGE / A LA CARTE RIGHT FOR YOU?
Wedding Packages take the stress out of ordering wedding flowers. I have carefully curated an a la carte menu of popular items including bouquets and buttonholes, corsages, hair flowers, cake flowers, ceremony and reception items. The menu is limited and is designed to provide the most impact for your day. My Wedding Packages are perfect for couples who love the signature look of the Gathered Floral's design style, but are happy to leave the details to me. I offer a complimentary 15 minute Zoom call to see whether we are a good fit for each other. Then simply submit your order online and I will be in touch closer to your event to confirm delivery details and timing.
WHY IS THE MENU LIMITED?
My menu includes the most popular wedding flower items. I also know these items, created in my signature design style, provides the most impact and best value.
WHAT COLOUR PALETTES ARE AVAILABLE?
I’ve curated a very special collection of eight (8) colour palettes and will use the best blooms of the season in line with the palette you choose. If your colour palette is not available, I'm still open to a chat! Click here to see my colour selection.
WHAT IF I WANT A CEILING INSTALLATION?
I am not offering ceiling installations at this stage. Hanging off a ladder and the associated staff costs will substantially increase your costs, so I decided that this is not a service I will provide.
CAN I PICK-UP MY FLOWERS FROM YOUR STUDIO?
Yes you can. Please note that your finished flowers will be very delicate and to ensure that they arrive at your destination in perfect condition, you will need to consider this for your vehicle capacity to ensure that everything stays upright.
WILL YOU REPLICATE AN IMAGE I SUPPLY TO YOU?
You deserve more than a recreation of someone else’s bouquet. I feel so honoured to be part of your day, leave it to me to make a bespoke bouquet just for you!
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
I require a minimum of 7-14 days notice and suggest placing your order at least 3-4 months before your wedding day.
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you’ve placed an order and want to cancel, I will provide an 80% refund if you contact me at least 30 days prior to your flower delivery date. Within 30 days of your delivery date, no refund will be available.

WHAT IF I WANT A FORMAL CONSULTATION?
I don’t offer face to face formal consultations prior to booking, however I am available for a complimentary 20 minute Zoom call prior to booking to see if we are a right fit for each other. The packages are designed to be very straight-forward for you to order so leave the details to me. Place your order online, select your colour palette and I will handcraft your wedding flowers in my studio. And deliver them to you on the day! Easy as that.
WHEN WILL MY FLOWERS BE DELIVERED?
I will contact you about a month before your wedding day to finalise the delivery details, ensuring the timing suits your photographer’s requirements and the schedule for your day. This can be done either face to face or via a Zoom call.
WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING NOT SHOWN ON THE MENU?
I keep the menu very limited because I believe each item provides the best value to our clients. In many instances, if an item isn’t listed on our menu, I don’t believe it’s worth your money.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
All across Sydney metropolitan, Southern Highlands and the South Coast. Please get in touch if your delivery area is not showing up at Checkout and I will confirm whether delivery is available. (NB this will be the case for destinations outside of Sydney metro).
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION?
For Sydney metropolitan, the installation costs are included in these prices. Delivery is calculated in distance zones and is automatically added at Checkout. For areas outside of Sydney, the delivery and installation cost starts from $150 and will be charged to you after booking. In this instance choose the PICK UP option.
WHERE DO I NOTE THE EVENT INFORMATION AND TIMING?
All relevant details can be noted in the CARD MESSAGE Section. I will confirm all of these details with you after booking.
WHY CAN'T I SELECT A WEEKEND DATE?
As I also create and deliver everyday flowers, I have deliberately closed off weekends, so that I don't get orders for everyday flowers and can focus on wedding florals. Just select the Friday closest to your weekend and note the date in the CARD MESSAGE section. If your date is not available, I will be in touch immediately and will process a full refund. Generally, if Friday is not available for booking, then that weekend is already booked.
DO THESE PRICES INCLUDE GST?
Yes, GST is included in these prices.
HOW DO I PAY?
Place your order online and you’ll have the option of paying by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal and AfterPay.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT UPFRONT?
Weddings are a big expense and I get it, so there is also the option of paying 10% upfront and the balance one month before your wedding. If this suits you better, I am happy to send you an Invoice for payment via Bank Transfer. My email address is hello@gatheredfloral.com.au. Please note that I cannot confirm your order until the Deposit is received.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO ORDER ONLINE?
I completely understand that it's a big purchase to make to a complete stranger. So if you would prefer to order via email, I am happy to send you an Invoice for payment via Bank Transfer. My email address is hello@gatheredfloral.com.au. Please note that I cannot confirm your order and hold your date until the Deposit is received.
