Floral nests or ground floral arches are a stunning focal point and don't take away from the often, incredible view behind the bridal couple. As they are constucted on the ground, these designs feel organic as if the flowers are naturally growing where they are placed. This design can also be easily repurposed to the reception, as they are made in pieces. Suggested reset locations include under the Welcome Sign, in front of the bridal table, or at the end of long tables.

Take a look at some of my ground floral nests that I have made for some inspiration for your wedding day.

  1. Separated Floral Nest with Depth:

I made this design in four separate pieces. There was quite a bit of depth to this design and the bridal couple could actually stand within it. This design was repurposed to the reception and placed at the end of the long tables, creating statement floral arrangements to welcome the guests as they entered the marquee.

  1. Floral Nest in the shape of an Arch:

This design is all joined together creating a gentle arch for the bridal couple to stand in. The starting point for this floral design was the amazing view over the Gerringong coastline.
